11. Disclaimer and Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Breda, The Netherlands, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
